Priyadharshini. B is an A grade All India Radio Veena artiste (Gayaki Style) who is one of the upcoming musicians and musicologists in the field of Carnatic music and she holds a Doctorate in Music (Ph.D.). She has completed a Master of Philosophy (Carnatic Music) and Master of Arts (Carnatic Music Vocal).

Priyadharshini has performed in numerous solo and duet programs in India and abroad including performances in prominent Sabhas such as RR Sabha-Tiruchirappalli, Krishna Gana Sabha-Chennai and Rama Lalitha Kala Mandir-Bangalore to name a few. 

She has conducted and trained students for various choir performances and staged many public programs in Indian Classical music. She has composed, played and produced various music albums. 

Priyadharshini completed her Doctorate program in “Musical compositions in  Rare Talas” from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. She has presented papers on the topic “Scale Sankarabaranam in Western and Indian Music – A Study” in 2009 and “Brief Study on Bhashanga Ragas” in 2011 in International Music Conference conducted by the Indiranagar Sangeetha Sabha, Bangalore. She has won 2nd prize in a national level All India Music Competition in Veena conducted by the All India Radio. 

She has learnt music under many prominent Gurus namely, Vidwan B. Sivakumar (AIR, A-top veena artiste), Vidwan Chitraveena Ravikiran, Vidwan T. Krishnamachari, Vidwan TKV Ramanujacharilu (A Top violin Artiste), Vidushi Smt Padma Sekar.
